Is there a move-in fee?
We don’t charge any move-in fees. To book a room, you only pay the rent and a deposit.

When is the monthly payment due?
A rent request is sent monthly to the roommates. Rent is due between the 1st and 3rd of each month, for the current month. For example, August 1, 2022, for the month of August 2022.

What payment method can I use to make my monthly payment?
You can set up a monthly mandate or do a bank transfer every month. Don’t worry, our booking platform will walk you through your options step by step :). We do not accept any cash payments.

How long is the notice period if I want to leave UrbyDen?
The notice period is one month.

Is there a minimum length of stay?
Yes, the minimum lease duration is 6 months. After that, you can either extend your lease or terminate it with a 1 month’s notice.

How can I visit a residence?
Our shared apartments are the home of our members. Therefore we only do visits if we have a free room to respect our members’ privacy. This will have to be organized under conditions and with a member of the UrbyDen team.

What do I have to pay to book?
A security deposit corresponding to 1 month’s rent, to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.

What documents are required to make a reservation?
For the tenant : For students who don’t have an income, don’t worry! We will take into consideration the income of your guarantor. For the guarantor: In order to ensure that your application is processed as quickly as possible, please check your documents’ date of validity carefully.
